If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unworn, labels intact and in original packaging and with a pre-paid satchel.
Please note we can’t accept sale or out of season items for an exchange or refund.
We care very much of our Little Frenchy products and we always check when receiving items from France but also before sending your order.
If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable. Faulty or damaged items need to be reported within 7 days of items reception.

Return the item to be exchanged to the above address.
If your exchange is for incorrect size, or you have simply changed your mind, please include an addressed pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned in.
Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in its original condition.
